To cancel the accommodation you must send an email to Administration. They will inform you which are the next steps to follow. You must notify one month before leaving. Leaving means the loss of the room deposit (€ 1,000) and a penalty of up to 3 month.

Payment Policies

Booking Deposit:

  1. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable registration fee of 150 euros is required.
  2. Prior to the contract start date, a refundable deposit of 300 euros along with the first month's rent must be paid.

Guarantor Requirements:
Yes, a guarantor will be required to sign your contract.
